How much does the course cost, including certificate delivery?

The course cost will vary per state. You will not be charged for certificate delivery unless you have upgraded your shipping option.

How can I pay for the course?

You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners using our secure servers. The charge on your account will be listed as "US Interactive."

You may also choose to pay by check or money order. If you elect to pay by check or money order, please make checks or money orders payable to US Interactive, and be sure to include your name and address so we can more easily match your payment with your account.

How long is the course?

The course is approximately 4 hours in length.

How do I register?

Once you create an account, you will be directed to the course signup page. If you have difficulties, you may call 800-505-5095 to speak with a customer service representative.

When can I take the course?

The benefit of an online course is it being available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

How do I get my certificate?

Certificates of completion are mailed out within five (5) business days of successful course completion.

What if I need proof of course completion right away?

We can provide proof of your course completion immediately via fax. Please contact customer service at 800-505-5095.

Something happened, and I need to resume my course. How do I reconnect?

Use the access code provided during registration to re-enter the course or call 800-505-5095 for customer assistance.

I misplaced my certificate. Can I get a copy?

Yes. Call customer service at 800-505-5095.

How long is my certificate valid?

Your certificate is valid for two years. When your certification card expires, you can re-certify by completing the course again.

This course contains animated demonstrations and videos, for which you will need Macromedia Flash player version 7+. This player can be downloaded and installed at no cost from Macromedia. If you are having difficulty with the Flash player, please check that you the latest version of Flash player installed for the platform and browser you are running and minimize the number of other application running while viewing the course.
